Leo has worked in a range of roles over 16 years with Manulife. His most recent role was the CFO in the Malaysia Operation. Prior to that, he was the corporate actuary of Hong Kong operations, product manager of Hong Kong Wealth Management and held a range of positions in HK operations and Asia regional office. He was also in US individual insurance pricing and Corporate asset-liability management in Toronto. His experience went beyond the actuarial and finance functions. As the product manager for Manulife Investment Solutions, a very successful Wealth Management product, he was accountable for the manufacturing, marketing and sales of the product. He was selected as Manulife's 2004 Stars of Excellence, Corporate Asia Honoree.

Leo graduated from the University of Waterloo, Ontario with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. He is also a qualified actuary with the Canadian Institution of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
