MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Formulate and implement Bancassurance distribution strategies for High Net Worth Products and Life Products to achieve sales objective specifically for bank partners
- To actively engage business partners at relevant levels to position Manulife as the preferred insurer
- Manage, coach and supervise staff
- To formulate and execute tactical sales planson Manulife products for various bank partners
- Plan and execute product launches, in-house trainings, seminars, workshops for customers
- Business development for new bank partners.
- Assist in all projects in the Bancassurance channels
You should have a degree with 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the life insurance or related financial sector.Results-driven, ability to work independently and in a team, possessing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are key to succeed in this role.
MANAGER, ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT (HR)
- To drive change management and culture building programmes
- Identify training needs through training needs analysis
- Identify and implement career path/planning for difference career stream of employees
- Facilitate talent and leadership development programmes
- Organize all corporate wide organization development and staff engagement activities
- Responsible for staff communications/Induction
You should have a degree with at least 6 years' experience in learning and development/Organization Development function, with experience in leading and driving OD strategies in the organization.Good writing and presentation skills is a must. You are expected to be organized, mature with the ability to work independently.
SENIOR UNDERWRITER, NEW BUSINESS
- Perform risk assessment on life applications
- Provide consultation to underwriting enquiries
- Provide mentorship to junior underwriters
- Provide training on underwriting guidelines to distributors
You should have at least 5-10 years of life underwriting experience. Must be a team player and process strong communication & interpersonal skills.
BUSINESS ANALYST / PROCESS ENGINEER (6-month Contract)
- Reporting to Chief of Strategic Initiatives Office
- Analyse and recommend changes to business processes and procedures
- Map exiting processes and design new ones, quantifying efficiency gains
- Documenting, implementing and training staff in new process design
You should have a prior record of success in redesigning business process and procedures
SENIOR ANALYST PROGRAMMER (ORACLE)
- Design, develop and support 3 tier web application systems
- Manage user requirements and provide system solutions, as well as prepare SDLC related documentation
You should have a Degree in Computer Science and must be a team-player with excellent analytical, communication and writing skills. In addition, you should have at least 3 years' hands-on experience in Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL.Being a self-starter, able to work independently and able to multi-task under tight deadlines are the key factors to be successful in this role. Domain knowledge in life insurance is an added advantage.
EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Attend to hotline / walk-in enquiries from customers and advisers with a keen sense of customer focus
- Reply emails and voicemails in a customer friendly manner
- Able to turnaround requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to resolve issues for customers/advisers in an equitable way
- Engage in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary
You should have a Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in customer service role. Experience in the life insurance is preferred. He/She possesses a keen sense of customer focus and is pro-active in supporting customer service initiatives.
SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR, NEW BUSINESS
- Ensure contracts issuance and delivery meet the expected quality and service level
- Responsible for data entry, liaisons with distributors on correspondences
- Ensure completeness for documents received
- Assist in performing system user acceptance testing
- Tracking and collation of statistics.
You should process a Diploma with minimum 3 years of working experience (1 year of experience in life insurance industry). Accuracy and typing speed are important in executing the work. Team work and interpersonal skills are essential.
