MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Formulate and implement Bancassurance distribution strategies for High Net Worth Products and Life Products to achieve sales objective specifically for bank partners
- To actively engage business partners at relevant levels to position Manulife as the preferred insurer
- To formulate and execute tactical sales plans on Manulife products for various bank partners
- Plan and execute product launches, in-house trainings, seminars, workshops for customers
- Assist in all projects in Bancassurance channels
Interested candidate should have a degree with 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the life insurance or related financial sector. Results-driven, ability to work independently and in a team, possessing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are key to succeed in this role.
SENIOR MANAGER, WEALTH MANAGEMENT
- Establish new relationships with potential partners and penetrate into their distribution network by identifying product gaps and offering product solutions to help them grow their business
- Execute and implement sales strategy
- Conduct product training to facilitate sales from distribution partners
- Provide client-servicing/marketing support to existing distributors and clients
Interested candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience particularly in developing the wealth management business. Results-driven, ability to work independently and in a team.
EXECUTIVE, CLAIMS
- Perform claims assessment
- To assist and ensure smooth claims administration
- Ensuring smooth and expedient claims settlements
- Handle UAT and meeting timelines of each process
- Develop claims procedures, policies and tracking mechanisms for new and existing products and services
Interested candidate should have a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE, NEW BUSINESS
- Responsible for underwriting approval of all applications including A&H or retail business
- Conduct workshops / training for all distribution channels
- Attend to enquiries on underwriting matters
- Participate in UAT as required
Interested applicant should have a minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 4 years of underwriting cum administrative experience. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, good writing skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
EXECUTIVE, CLIENT SERVICES (FRONTLINE)
- Attend to hotline / walk-in enquiries from customers and advisers with a keen sense of customer focus
- Reply correspondences in a customer friendly manner
- Able to turnaround requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to resolve issues for customers/advisers in an equitable way
- Engage in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary
Interested candidate should be a diploma holder, with at least 3 years experience in a customer service role. Experience in life insurance is preferred. He/She should possess a keen sense of customer focus and should be pro-active in supporting customer service initiatives.
