BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building win-win working relationships with our bank partners, coordinating sales and marketing strategies, operations support and effective liaison with both internal and external customers. We are looking for strong team players, mature and dynamic individuals to achieve the organization business goals and objectives.

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree with 3 - 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the life insurance or related financial sector.
  • Reliable and independent with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Proven track record of sales achievement with a sound understanding of the insurance industry
  • Results-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess strong leadership, good initiative, planning and presentation skills

ASSISTANT MANAGER, TRAINING

You will be responsible for training support to distribution channels with a primary focus on Alternative Distribution. You will provide leadership in the development and implementation of training initiatives customised to the needs of Alternative Distribution. In addition, you will assist to deliver pre-contract training and training of newly joined and experienced representatives.

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree with 3 years of experience in training
  • 1-3 years of sales in banking, investment and insurance products experience will be an added advantage
  • Diploma in Training & Development Management and/or Professional insurance and/or financial planning qualifications (FLMI, CLU, ChFc, DLI, CFP etc) are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ANALYST PROGRAMMER

You will be responsible for development of Java and J2EE business application systems. You will also manage user requirement and provide functional consultation. Other duties include the preparation and maintenance of related documentation.

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree in Computer Science with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Hands-on experience in core Java, JSP, XML
  • Good understanding of OOP and MVC architecture
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fresh Computer Science graduates may also apply

EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE

You will be attending to enquiries and requests from both internal and external customers.

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma with relevant insurance experience
  • Passed all basic insurance exam such as M5, M9, HI, CLI, ILP etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Energetic, customer focused and client service oriented

EXECUTIVE, ALTERNATIVE DISTRIBUTION

You will be responsible for administrative and operational support to our Alternative Distribution channels, which involve all areas of customer service and policy administration support.

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma / Degree with 1 - 3 years' experience
  • Insurance experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Energetic and customer-service oriented
  • Team player and self-motivated

ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE, AGENCY SERVICES

You will be providing administrative support to our Agency Services Department in area such as introducer program, advisers' group medical and insurance, orphan policy assignment, etc.

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma with 2 years' experience
  • Insurance experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
