Instructions

Please complete the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Form and submit it to us with the supporting document.

What you need to provide

1. Completed Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Form 

2. Copy of Bank Statement or Original Letter from Bank (as evidence that the bank account to be remitted belongs to Payee)

Who will need to sign the form to request for the electronic fund transfer facility? 
For non-trust policies, the Assignee or Policyowner must sign the form.
