Manulife Singapore brings longevity to life at the inaugural ManulifeMOVE Carnival

  • Around 3000 customers, partners, distributors and their loved ones took part in an immersive programme at Resorts World Sentosa designed to promote longevity preparedness and healthier living through expert-led discussions, practical well-being activities, meaningful community interactions, and engaging shared experiences.
  • Two connected experiences brought longevity from conversation to action through the Longevity Experience forum and Longevity in Motion.

14 September 2026 — Manulife Singapore brought together around 3000 customers, partners, distributors and their loved ones at Resorts World Sentosa on 12 September 2026 for the inaugural ManulifeMOVE Carnival. Through two connected experiences – the Longevity Experience Forum and Longevity in Motion – the event combined expert perspectives on living better for longer with activities designed around movement, mental well-being and shared moments of joy.

The programme reflected Manulife’s belief that longevity is not simply about adding years to life, but having the health, financial confidence and support to make more of those years.

The Longevity Experience: making today’s decisions count

The Manulife Longevity Experience Forum reframed longevity as something shaped by the choices people make now. Benoit Meslet, President and CEO of Manulife Singapore, opened the forum with a call to consider how today’s decisions can influence future energy, freedom and purpose.

Professor Dean Ho of the National University of Singapore then explored how the body’s interconnected systems build resilience, translating the science into practical, evidence-based actions across movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management and recovery.

A panel moderated by media personality and host Diana Ser brought health and financial readiness into one conversation. Award-winning actress and Founder and CEO of Fly Entertainment Irene Ang, PBM joined Frank O’Neill, Chief Product Officer of Manulife Singapore, and Dr Steven Tucker, Founder, Tucker Medical, Singapore and Medical Director, Cedars Sinai International, Singapore, to discuss early detection, future independence and the decisions that can help protect quality of life. The forum closed with a guided mindful reset led by breathwork expert Tan Chun Yih, bridging reflection with the evening’s activities.

“Longevity isn't something we start thinking about later in life. The choices we make today, how we care for our health, our finances and the people around us, all shape how we live in the years ahead. Through the ManulifeMOVE Carnival, we wanted to give our customers practical ideas, trusted perspectives and experiences they could enjoy with their loved ones, so that living better for longer feels real and achievable,” said Benoit Meslet, President and CEO of Manulife Singapore.

Longevity in Motion: bringing well-being into play

Following the forum, guests moved into Longevity in Motion, where they took part in ManulifeMOVE activities organised around three themes - MOVE, MIND and JOY. The experience brought well-being to life in ways that were active, social and enjoyable for all generations.

The ManulifeMOVE Carnival Longevity Passport Programme connected activities across the three themed zones. By completing activities in each zone, guests unlocked exclusive rewards and surprises, encouraging families to explore different dimensions of well-being together.

“ManulifeMOVE has always been about helping people take small, practical steps towards better health and well-being. The carnival allowed us to bring that philosophy to life through experiences that families could connect and enjoy together. We want customers to leave not only with great memories, but also with simple actions they feel ready to carry into daily life,” said Michelle Fang, Chief Marketing Officer of Manulife Singapore.

Building on Manulife’s longevity commitment

The ManulifeMOVE Carnival builds on Manulife Singapore’s Longevity Symposium last year and the launch of the enhanced ManulifeMOVE in 2025, moving the company’s longevity agenda from industry dialogue into an immersive customer experience.

ManulifeMOVE is Manulife’s flagship health and lifestyle programme supporting holistic well-being across healthcare, fitness and wellness, lifestyle privileges, legacy planning services and community engagement. Through the platform and experiences such as the carnival, Manulife aims to make it easier for customers to take practical steps towards healthier, more active and financially confident lives.

The carnival also reflects Manulife's broader commitment to helping people live better for longer through initiatives such as the Manulife Longevity Institute, a global research, thought leadership, innovation, advocacy, and community investment platform that aims to advance action on helping people live longer, healthier, more financially secure lives.
