Note: Please have your policy number ready when you make the call.

Your Manulife policy gives you access to a comprehensive 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services* provided by Aspire Lifestyle (APAC) Pte Ltd.

The Emergency Assistance Services include, but not limited to the following:

  • telephone medical advice;
  • medical service provider referral;
  • arrangement of hospital admission;
  • inoculation & visa requirement information;
  • legal & interpreter referral; and
  • emergency message transmission.

In case of emergency while you are overseas, call the 24-Hour Hotline and be assured of assistance.

*Only available to in-force policies with the 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services feature. Any expenses incurred in engaging such services will be borne by the policyholder. Services provided are subject to Terms and Conditions of Aspire Lifestyle (APAC) Pte Ltd.

With these extra precautionary measures, we seek your understanding that some of our services and transactions may take longer than usual during this period, except for Investment-Linked Policies which are not affected.
