To register to Customer Website, follow the instructions on our learning video.

 

REGISTER CUSTOMER PORTAL


What?

MyManulife is an online portal for Manulife policy owners. You can register for your MyManulife account to transact and access details of your insurance policies with us.

Why?

Simple steps for you to:

  • View your policy details/summary such as sum insured, premium, payment details, cash/fund value
  • View your statements, transaction history and claim status up to past 24 months
  • View your Financial Planner or Nomination details
  • Request for documents such as policy statements and letters
  • Set your statement preference
  • Perform transactions like updating your particulars, occupation, smoking details, perform fund switches, premium redirection, set fund price alerts or even submit a claim

How?

*For Singaporeans/PRs or Work Permit Holders
  • *Register & Activate your OneKey SMS or Token for authentication at https://portal.assurity.sg (if you do not have one)
  • Register your Manulife account via https://www.mymanulife.com.sg in 3 easy steps
  • Enter your User ID which is your NRIC/FIN
  • Create your password for future log-ins
  • Enter your OneKey One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile phone (registered with Onekey) or on your Token.
For Foreign ID/Passport Holders
  • Register your Manulife account via https://www.mymanulife.com.sg
  • Enter your Foreign ID/Passport registered with Manulife and enter your date of birth
  • An email will be sent to your registered email address with Manulife.
  • In the email, click Activate My Account Now, an SMS-OTP will be sent to your mobile phone (registered with Manulife).
  • Choose and key in your own user ID and password and click create account

Who?

  • For Singaporeans/PRs, Work Permit holders or foreigners who own at least one active policy with Manulife
  • MyManulife is for Policy Owners only and is not available for 3rd parties currently

In line with the latest round of government advisory and measures to reduce the possibility of COVID-19 transmission, our Client Service Centre will be temporarily closed to all walk-in customers from 6 April until further notice.

  • Please login to our customer portal to retrieve your policy information or perform online transactions like A&H claims, Fund Switch, Update of Particulars and Document preference.
  • For enquiries, you can call us at +65 6833 8188 from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon – Fri, excluding public holidays) or submit it through our Contact Us form.



With these extra precautionary measures, we seek your understanding that some of our services and transactions may take longer than usual during this period, except for Investment-Linked Policies which are not affected.
