Pay USD premiums from SGD bank account

• Most banks in Singapore (e.g. DBS, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered) support overseas transfers in foreign currency directly from your SGD bank account.
• Your bank converts SGD to USD during the transfer and sends the funds to Manulife’s designated USD bank account.

Instructions:

1. Log in to your bank’s internet or mobile banking app
2. Select “Overseas Transfer” or “Telegraphic Transfer”

3. Enter Manulife’s USD bank account details:

   USD account (for USD policies)

This will not affect your transfer.

4. As the clearing bank may also impose additional charges, please indicate that you will be bearing all bank charges incurred for the transfer.

• Manulife provides daily foreign exchange (FX) rate to convert SGD to USD.
• Rates are not real-time and are updated daily.
• The FX rate applies to premium received before 5pm (SGT) on a business day. Premium received after 5pm will use the next business day’s FX rate at 9.30am (SGT).

1. Use Manulife’s Currency Converter to estimate how much SGD you need
2. Log in to your bank’s internet or mobile banking app
3. Select “Local Transfer” and transfer the SGD amount to Manulife’s designated SGD bank account
4. Enter Manulife’s SGD bank account details:
