Absolute Assignment

Use this option to transfer full ownership of your policy to another individual or entity through an absolute assignment.

What you need to know

An absolute assignment transfers full ownership of the policy from the current policyowner (Assignor) to another person or company (Assignee). Once the assignment is completed, the Assignee has full control of the policy, just like a new policyowner.

The Assignor may regain ownership only if the Assignee assigns the policy back.

  • Both the Assignor and Assignee should be 18 years old or older.
  • If the Assignor and/or Assignee is below 18 years old, please contact our Client Services team at (65) 6833-8188 for assistance. 

Instructions

1.  Download and complete the Absolute Assignment to an Individual Form.

2. Refer to the “Checklist” at the bottom of the form for the supporting documents required.

3. Mail the completed original hard copy form, along with any supporting documents (if applicable) to the following address:
