FAQs

The ManulifeMOVE Programme is exclusively available to Manulife customers with at least one in-force policy. Eligible customers can qualify for the Essential, Ascend, Prestige, or Signature membership tiers. 
For detailed information on the eligibility criteria, please refer to the main page.
No sign-up is necessary. You will be automatically enrolled in the ManulifeMOVE Programme once you meet the eligibility criteria.
You will receive an email notification sent to your registered email address with Manulife. This notification will be sent two months after the expiry of the 14-day free-look period for your eligible plans.
Once enrolled in the ManulifeMOVE Programme, you will receive an email notification sent to your registered email address with Manulife, informing you of your membership tier. 
You can also view your membership tier and membership card by logging into the MyManulife portal or the Manulife SG App. Your membership tier will be displayed beneath your name on the home page.

ManulifeMOVE membership is valid until January 2026. It will automatically renew in January 2026 if you continue to meet the eligibility criteria. If you do not re-qualify for your current Ascend, Prestige or Signature tier, you will be offered the Essential status.
You will receive an email notification by the end of January 2026, informing you of any updates to your membership status and benefits.
ManulifeMOVE is complimentary for all eligible Manulife customers.
If you choose to decline participation in the ManulifeMOVE Programme, any associated services will be forfeited. Please note that the membership is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, goods, or other benefits.

About Partner Benefits

Members of the ManulifeMOVE Programme can enjoy a range of services focused on preventative health, assistive care, cancer care support, medical care, and access to fitness and wellness resources through our partners. Additionally, eligible members in the Prestige and Signature tiers can access exclusive travel and lifestyle concierge offerings.

To access and redeem your benefits, please refer to the email notification sent to your registered email address with Manulife. This notification includes a link to a guide with detailed instructions on how to utilise the services provided by our partners.
You can also find the redemption information on the MyManulife portal or the Manulife SG App. Simply click on the MOVE tab, then select “Member benefits”, and click on the respective service for more information.
No, each Manulife Policy Owner qualifies for only one membership tier, regardless of the number of eligible policies owned.
The ManulifeMOVE Programme has four membership tiers: Essential, Ascend, Prestige and Signature. Each tier offers different benefits. Please refer to your email notification for details about the benefits associated with your membership tier.
