Make a revocable nomination for your policy.
Under Section 133 of the Insurance Act, you can make a revocable nomination and continue to retain full rights and ownership over the policy. This means that you can change or revoke a nomination at any time without requiring consent from the nominee(s).
Only Policyowners who are 18 years old and above may make a revocable nomination.
To make a revocable nomination, please complete the Revocable Nomination Form and mail it back to us with the necessary document(s) requested.

Who will need to sign the nomination form?
For non-trust policies, the Assignee or Policyowner must sign the form.
Make a trust nomination to transfer all policy ownership rights to a beneficiary.
Apply to revoke the trust nomination for your policy.
Appoint a trustee or revoke the appointment of an existing trustee.
Revoke an existing revocable nomination and make a new nomination.
Inform Manulife of the revocation of a revocable nomination via a will / assignment.
