Instructions

PayNow is a funds transfer service available to retail customers of nine participating banks in Singapore – DBS/POSB, UOB, OCBC, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Maybank, and Bank of China.

With PayNow Corporate, it enables Customers of the nine participating banks to pay Singapore Dollar premiums to Manulife via our QR Code or Unique Entity Number (UEN).

With these extra precautionary measures, we seek your understanding that some of our services and transactions may take longer than usual during this period, except for Investment-Linked Policies which are not affected.
