What is Manulife Goal 2025 (III)? 

Manulife Goal 2025 (III) is a single premium endowment plan which allows you to grow your savings with peace of mind. It provides protection in the form of death coverage during the 2-year policy term. If you already use rate-competitive fixed deposits and savings accounts to grow your wealth, this endowment plan could be a valuable complement that combines growth potential with the added benefit of protection.

How does it work? 

Simply make an upfront single premium payment at application and let this endowment policy earn you potential returns of up to 1.88%per year during the 2-year policy term. You will also be covered against death during this period. Upon maturity, you will receive a lump sum amount which includes 100% of the single premium paid plus any bonus (guaranteed and non-guaranteed) earned.

Manulife Goal 2025 (III) is suitable for those keen on a low-risk option to save and grow their money over the short-to-medium term. 1. The illustrated maturity yield of 1.88% p.a. includes a non-guaranteed maturity bonus of 0.16% p.a. based on the higher illustrated investment rate of return (IIRR) of 2.07% p.a.. The non-guaranteed maturity bonus will be 0.32% of the single premium.

Based on the lower IIRR of 1.85% p.a., the illustrated maturity yield is 1.72% p.a.. The non-guaranteed maturity bonus will be zero.

As the maturity bonus rate and both IIRRs are not guaranteed, the actual benefits payable will vary according to the future performance of the Participating Fund of the policy. Figures are subject to rounding.
