Instructions
To update your personal particulars such as Name, Citizenship or Tax residency, complete the Personal Details Update Form and submit via mail, email or MyManulife.

What you need to provide
For update of Name, provide a copy of Deed Poll / NRIC.
For update of NRIC / FIN / Passport No, provide a copy of identity card / citizenship certificate, OR letter from Immigration and Customs Authority.
For update of Birthdate / Citizenship, provide a copy of NRIC / Passport.
